The initial campus ATI Procurement plan was developed in 2007. The key recommendation and vision of the original plan was to hire a dedicated Compliance Officer responsible for establishing and implementing a Section 508 accessibility program for procurement at Fresno State. This position remains unfilled due to budgetary constraints.

Participation in the CSU ATI Procurement Community of Practice teleconferences (2006-present): The Procurement subcommittee meets monthly to participate in systemwide teleconferences with the Chancellor's Office ATI staff and staff working on implementing ATI into the Procurement processes at campuses throughout the CSU.

Participation in the CSU ATI Procurement Standardization Committee (2010-present): This committee, comprising staff from sister CSU campuses and the Chancellor's Office, is tasked with developing standardized generic processes, forms, and documentation that will allow all campuses systemwide to advance the Section 508 implementation process at their respective campuses.
