A: The club was founded in 1967

Q:What can ASCE can do for you?

A: The ASCE can help you....

• Getting to know other Civil Engineering Students.
• Put your knowledge to work on the Concrete Canoe and Steel Bridge.
• Get help with your resume and getting it to professionals.
• Be able to talk to Professionals face to face in hopes of landing a intership and jobs in Civil Engineering.

Q:What is the Concrete Lab?

A: The Concrete Lab is located East Engineering room 104 (with the double doors)

The concrete lab is a good place to:
• Meet upper classmen
• Get help with your homework
• Hang out with other Civil Engineering Majors
• Be informed about everything that ASCE is doing so you can get involved
and have fun
• Obtain vital information like which teachers to take and how hard a class is
go you can study hard or “just enough”

Q:What is the ASCE Computer Lab?

A: The ASCE computer lab is a lab located East Engineering room 212 (Next to the water fountain)and is for all current members of the asce.

The ASCE computer lab is a good place to:
• Meet upper classmen
• Do your homework
• Hang out with other Civil Engineering Majors
• Be informed about everything that ASCE is doing so you can get involved
and have fun
• Print out homework.

Q:What are the rules for the ASCE Computer Lab?

A: The rules for using the ASCE computer lab pretty simple.

  1. You have to be a current registered member of the ASCE. If you want access pay your dues.
  2. Clean up your mess after you are done.
  3. Keep printing down to a minimum as the club pays for toner and paper and neither are cheap.
  4. Please keep the passcode secret!!!!
