Olive Oil
The "olive for oil" project conducted in a 22 acre block of high density olives on the Fresno State farm comes under the auspices of the Plant Science Department of the Jordan College of Agricultural Sciences and Technology at the California State University, Fresno. California Olive Ranch is a continued collaborator in this venture. Sale proceeds help strengthen Fresno State's teaching and research program in agriculture.

Koroneiki
This variety has a pleasantly fruity, mild spicy flavor with a bitter aftertaste. Koroneiki olive oil is thick and velvety and golden green in color. It is great for dressings and dipping.
