BODYFLOW™
BODYFLOW™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility

BUTTS N GUTTS
Tired of dreaming about having sexy, flat abs and a killer back side? Not seeing changes from your current routine? Then join us for Butts and Guts! This challenging 30 minute class is specifically designed to target your entire core and lower body. (The early morning session is an amazing 45 minute challenge!) CARDIO K.O.
From the streets to the arena, fight your way to superior fitness with Cardio K.O.! Unleash your inner strength with fighting styles like boxing, karate, and other martial arts, as you battle to reach your cardio peak while delivering a knockout performance!
Cardio K.O. phases:
- We begin with the FLEX phase where we focus on proper stretching to decrease injury and increase range of motion for those high kicks and fast punches to come.
- Then the WARM-UP phase will get you ready with a series of upper and lower body moves that will get your heart pumping right from the start!
- The K.O. phase will take you from training mode to the knockout arena where your cardiovascular endurance will be challenged.
- Then the HARD CORE phase will strengthen and tone your body with circuit training and core floor exercises.
- Finally, we end with the COOL DOWN phase stretching our muscles after the fight.
MIDNIGHT DANCE FUSION
Join the newest dance party phenomenon that will ignite the night with a fusion of club hitsfrom around the world! Simple combos, a blend of chart-topping beats, and a dazzling club-like atmosphere, M.D.F. is a fun way to exercise, socialize, and let loose on the dance floor!
M.D.F. phases:
- Begin the evening with some warm-up moves as you cruise the musical streets from your feet to your hips up to your fingertips.
- Enter Club M.D.F. V.I.P. style and show 'em what you got with easy dance combos that will get you and your friends tearin' it up on the floor!
- When the clock strickes 12, it's time to explode into a fusion frenzy as the midnight battle begins where it's just you against the music.
- Before you know it, you'll see the sun rising just in time for a morning cool-down.
RPM™
RPM™ is a 50-minute indoor cycling class based on outdoor riding. You ride to inspirational music over the equivalent of 20-25 kilometres (12-15 miles) of varied terrain, controlling the intensity of your workout with a resistance dial and pedal speed.
