The telephone upgrade project will benefit the entire campus. The design phase is completed and floorplans have been reviewed. Transition to new telephones will occur from June through August.

When the phones are here, training will be provided through an educational video, train the trainer, handouts and the Help Center. The Help Desk also will offer support for questions about the new phones once they are in place.
