Gazarian Real Estate Center
The Gazarian Real Estate Center is funded through the generous support of Dr. Arnold and Mrs. Dianne Gazarian. The purpose of the Center is to promote communication and provide information on real estate markets and the Craig School of Business Real Estate program to the real estate community; students and faculty of the Craig School of Business; and California State University, Fresno.
More Useful Information
One of the goals of the Gazarian Real Estate Center is to promote the advancement of real estate research. We conduct and support both academic and industry research with grants for Fresno State faculty interested in real estate topics.
Every Spring the Gazarian Real Estate Center conducts a survey of real estate professionals in order to measure their current sentiment in the real estate market and their projected sentiment for the next 6 months. The answers are then formulated into an index number for different real estate industry markets. Please click below to view the slides of each year's results.
