Liability

The University has liability coverage to defend and indemnify (pay on behalf of) the University and its employees (faculty, staff, student volunteers.)

Limits: self-insured for the 1st $100,000 and there is sufficient liability coverage above that amount for the University.

If an individual advises they want to file a claim against the University for damages, or if any occurrence which may result in a claim is witnessed, please:
