University Policies & Procedures
This website provides a comprehensive reference of the most current university-wide, Administrative policies issued by California State University, Fresno. A policy is established by the University President in consultation with faculty, managers, and students depending on the nature of the policy. The University Policies & Procedures website is updated as new or revised policies are issued and is subject to change at any time.
The policies and procedures apply to academic, administrative, research, and service units.
Policies for the Academic Policy Manual (APM), Auxiliary Organizations and the Department of Athletics are located on separate websites, and governed by their own internal procedures. Links to those websites are provided under the Policies tab.
Department/College/School/Unit specific policies or procedures that pertain only to their internal operations are located on their respective websites, and governed by their own internal procedures.
The Administrative policies are organized within subject area. Each policy document contains the name, effective date and university office responsible for the policy.
Please direct questions concerning updates to the University Policies & Procedures website to the Office of the Vice President for Administration. Questions about individual policies should be addressed to the issuing office.
