Step One for Continuing Groups

Sign in to OrgSync using your “My Fresno State” Log in

Follow instructions here from this PDF to join orgsync
When you log in you should see the “Account Profile” page where you must fill in your information (insert the required fields including your preferred email, and correct time zone)
***when you are done, click submit, it will seem nothing happened, but it did, so there is no need to click twice.***

Go to top of the page and towards the left hand side click on the button that says, “My Home ”
Now at the middle of the page left side click on the link labeled “Add an Org.”
From the list of schools, click on “California State University, Fresno”
You will be dropped into a long list. Scroll down the page until you get to your club, they are by category. Then click next to your club name – “join”
If your group has provided the password to you enter it here. If not you will need to be approved by your group administrator to proceed.
And your done
To become the administrator the current admin will have to promote you. From the people tab once you are in your group you should be able to figure out who that is.
Once you are the administrator you can move to step two.

If your group name appears in the left column go to step two.

If you are not, you must first join your organization.

From your portal click on the join a group button at the top right of the page.

Find California State University, Fresno and click Organizations.

Scroll down to the name of your group and click join.

If your group has provided the password to you enter it here. If not you will need to be approved by your group administrator to proceed.

Step Two for Continuing Groups

Forms to be completed: Club & Organization Registration, Advisor Agreement, Officer Agreement & Qualifications, and Membership Roster

Only 1 per Organization Registration Packet needs to be submitted. This is the responsibility of the organization leader. If you are the leader of multiple organizations, you must submit the forms one at a time.
