The Alcohol, Tobacco, and Other Drugs (ATOD) Safety Council strives to promote and sustain a safe, healthy, and responsible learning environment. The council works to advise and develop evidence-based alcohol and substance use education programs related to prevention, intervention and recovery for the Fresno State community.
