Office of the University Registrar

Transcripts Information

Transcripts are a complete record of all courses and degrees completed at Fresno State. Official transcripts are issued in individually sealed envelopes.

Coursework from other institutions will not appear on your Fresno State transcript. As stated in the University Catalog, transcripts of records from other institutions submitted to Fresno State are not returned to students.  Fresno State will not provide official or unofficial copies of transcripts from other institutions.

Electronic PDF transcripts are available to all students, current or former. A partnership with Parchment allows us to deliver secure, certified electronic PDF transcripts. We recommend you confirm with your recipient that they will accept the transcript in this format before you order.

For convenience, you can chat with a Parchment agent if you encounter technical difficulties ordering your transcript.
